1. BOWS BOWS AND MORE BOWS
Who says bows are just for wrapping presents? If you’ve not been living under a rock then you’ll know that bows are very much IN for 2024. Bows are making a grand entrance into the wedding scene, adding a touch of cute-ness and charm to your special day. Think oversized bows on the back of chairs, bows on your tapered candles, little bows on your flowers and literally anywhere else you can think to add a bow. Quite frankly, we think bows should be put on EVERYTHING.
2. FEELIN’ FRUITY
Another trend growing in popularity - FRUIT! Say goodbye to traditional centrepieces and hello to a vibrant display of fruity goodness scattered in and around your florals. Picture perfect peaches, zesty oranges, and plump bunches of grapes creating a table scape fit for a Pinterest queen. Added into your floral arrangements, dotted between bud vases and surrounding the base of your candlesticks. It's giving fresh, it’s giving modern, it’s giving FUN.
3. WEDDING DAY? MORE LIKE WEDDING WEEKEND!
Ok, ok, so this trend started more recently but is growing in popularity and we’re seeing it more and more next year! Wedding days are OUT for 2024 and wedding weekends are officially IN. Why limit the best day of your life to just one day? Start the party on a Friday, have the main ceremony on the Saturday and then the afterparty on the Sunday. Don’t forget to ask your guests to take the Monday off work (and maybe the Tuesday too?) - they’ll definitely need it to recover. It’s like a 3 day party festival with all your nearest and dearest. HOW FUN.
4. MORE THAN ONE COLOUR
Over the years weddings have become less white and more colourful and we’re stoked that trend will continue into 24. Next year is all about tonal colour palettes. Forget just pink and white, lets add some depth. Think colours that clash but weirdly work together, pinks and reds with pops of blue - not colours you’d usually put together but TRUST us when we say it will look incredible. You may be best working with your florist on this - their knowledge of colour theory will come in clutch here.

One trend the older generation can’t quite get their head around - film photography is back! Our technology has developed over the last 100 years, why are we going back to older methods of photography? Well in 2024, we're bringing back the vintage charm and dreamy aesthetics of analog cameras. Let the soft focus and grainy textures transport you to a time when life was a little bit more magical. Honestly, photos taken on film are never not cool.
